Steps to apply:
Step 1) Your PAYMENT page opens first. NOTE Annual Paid-Online Membership Fees are $50.00 plus $3.75 added web-based fees, totalling $53.75)
Step 2) DOWNLOAD, COMPLETE, and SAVE to your computer the Membership Application form. Membership Application Form
Enter your name and address in the green-shaded fields provided on the form. !! ** Be SURE to TYPE IN YOUR NAME as YOUR SIGNATURE where it is requested below the agreement paragraph, as this is a necessary criteria for membership.
Step 3) Click the ADD FILE button, find your completed membership application form on your computer to ATTACH it.
Step 4) Click the "Submit to Portrait Society of Atlanta" button to complete your membership application submission.
STEP 5.) Your payment will be processed immediately and will appear on your card statement as coming from "Submittable/or Submishmash.com"
Enter information to create a new account below. This will allow you to return and monitor the status of your Submissions. You only need to do this step the first time you submit.
